My good friend Fred and I were hanging out one beautiful afternoon on the Tennessee River when he spoke the words above. We were lounging around our trailer, judging other rowers who passed by when we realized how silly we were being. Since that day, I have sincerely tried my best to be a better person and refrain from judging other dudes for just dudin' out.

If this website is devoted to anything (which it's not), it's devoted to peoples' uncanny ability to bullshit ourselves. I honestly believe the only way to combat this behavior is to constantly reflect with ourselves and with others. Humor helps too.
